How many people can fit on a booth?
Our 360 photo booth can fit 3-5 people comfortably.
Can I get a refund once I have paid my deposit?
Deposits are non-refundable. However, you can reschedule your booking to another date based on our availability. This only applies to bookings that are rescheduled at least 10 days to the event date. Failure to meet this deadline means you lose the booking as well as your deposit.
What happens if my guests break the equipment?
We have a you break, you pay policy. The event host will be responsible for making the payment. Alternatively, you can purchase insurance for $50 to insure your event.
Can I book the 360 photobooth for an outdoor space?
Yes, you can book our services for outdoor events. However, you will be billed an additional $60 for the portable power source rental.
